L4 - thanks! I'm glad we had the same idea. I'd love to see how yours came out. Do you ha e pictures? One of the things I'm enjoying about this army is how well 40k Nid bits can be used for awesome conversions on the epic level!

Lordlucan - I'm glad you like the blue! The wings are from 40k gargoyles that have been trimmed down. I think they really make the tyrants stand out and look more imposing.

Primarch - thanks for the continued support!

Those hive tyrants look incredible!
What bits did you use to make them? Are those warrior heads and torsos?

Thanks gregmita2! The wings are 40k gargoyle wings but they've been trimmed down to not look overly large. The body is old forumware. Warrior heads and torsos from 40k are pretty large I'm epic. I found they work very well for biotitan conversions however! I'm working on painting up a harridan right now that I used the warrior torso and tail for.

Ah I see. I'm actually making some harridans myself, but with warrior torsos and gargoyle tails.

I can't wait to see how yours turn out.

Took me a bit of time to work on the harridan but I'm quite happy with how it came out. I really wanted to capture a dynamic pose that took inspiration off the FW 40k model.

Because there was so much space on the base, I got creative and gave it just as much attention as the model.

My Harridans are Gargoyles and my Gargoyles are Winged Stalkers. :)

Thanks guys! The gargoyles attached to the belly are one of my favorite parts. I saw them on the FW 40k harridan and really wanted to capture that same look and feel as a carrier for them.

Toco - great minds and all that! I really like the ruin you chose. It has some nice extra details on it.

Here's my first attempt at a biovore. I wanted to complete a test first. I have a couple swarms to be painted. What do you guys think?
