Hi!

NOooooooooo! LOL!

If there is one hobby on my backburner is this one, so post as many pics as you can!

On a side note, is the release schedule still strong, how do you think the game is doing?

Primarch

The game is non-existent in these parts (central Indiana). The only person I even have a chance to play with I only see once every couple months or so. Because of that, my interest has waned greatly. I've played four games of it since last year's Gencon. Uncool.

But, again, the only game consistently played in these parts in Warmachine/Hordes. I have little interest in that anymore, and the other gamers have little interest in playing anything else. So all of my games remain unplayed at this time.

Ack, sorry for the sob story. Just trying to create a picture of All Quiet in these parts.

Hi!

No worries Splash, I'm not after a game where I need (or want) a player base but more a stable company that will continue to produce the models.

I'm more in it for the spectacle and collecting aspects than I am for playing with opponents (solo games are enough for me).

They seem to be very stable in my opinion. Coming out with new stuff fairly regularly.

Hi!

Good to hear. I haven't look at their catalog in a while, so I'll trot over there and drool for a little bit. ;)

The steam tanks remind me of Quar vehicles.

Hi!

They've added quite a bit more units since the last time I browsed their site.

I like the land battleship. I can see getting like 6 of those. ;)

They seem pretty stable at the moment. However, who really knows. They have consistently been putting out new stuff for all existing factions, and have even got Andy Chambers to help write the rules for the Venusian faction they are working on.

In MN, they have it at a local shop, with a pretty regular group that plays. However, I am doing this more as a project style thing, I buy and paint up both sides for inhouse gaming with my friends and family.

I stopped caring about pick-up/tourney games long ago.

Hi!

I used to live in Minnesota. Which shop? The Source or the St. Paul one?

The Source.

They carry a lot of the line as well.

Edit: Anyone know a good company for 15mm American cavalry for around the WWI time period? AQMF have rules but no models yet and I would like some for my army.

May be the time to purchase now Primarch as all the range is 30 percent off at the moment on the flip side
though this may well mean business is slow as most of the other lines have 50 percent off.

Hope this is just a sales pitch with Christmas in mind and not a sign of a company going under.

Hi!

Its so difficult sometimes for these niche companies to continue to function.

Hopefully its just a Christmas sale. :)

Uh oh. Well, I don't have the money to spend nor the time to assemble models and paint them, so I can't help them out. I'll just patiently wish that it's just a Christmas sale and not a sign of anything else.

BTW, they have a new KS out for a 15mm fantasy game. The rules look incredible awful, over-complicated and boring, but they are promising their own line of 15mm fantasy minis.

Um...I just looked up their kickstarter, and it's been cancelled:

https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/11 ... nav_search

Guess they lost faith in themselves. Now the Christmas sale could mean something a bit more foreboding.
