Hi Legion 4, one of my (many) current projects is making up some Imperial objective markers for EA one of which is a bronze statue.

Could you please tell me how you acheived that lovely paintjob on Magnus? It's precisely the look I'm after!

Ah well, thanks for the suggestions guys, I'll have a look through EW's stuff (I haven't seen any DRM vehicles I like except the buggy).

I am sad though, I really was keen on those LAVs :(

Hey, I am looking for information to help me select some models to use as proxy Chimeras. I like the FW Chimera models I got, but I'm trying to theme my Guard army with a fast, desert theme. I thought some LAV APCs would look good, and I wonder if anyone has used LAVs from either of these 2 manufact...

To get straight lines in plasticard, I use an artist's cutting mat, and a metal straight edge ruler, and a sharp hobby blade. If you are bad clumsy, you could get a butcher's chainmail glove for the hand that's holding the ruler...   Remember you only have to score the plasticard, then bend alo...

I'm in exactly the same boat as you, I just bought a shedload of DRM light infantry. My solution has been to make my own bases from plasticard (High Impact Styrene). This allows me to make them deep enough for the fat bases that my DRM minis stand on (a bit over 1.5mm high...). What I've done is cut...

I know this probably doesn't add much to the discussion, but I just wanted to say WOW! Otterman, seeing the brass makes it that much more real - great work mate, keep it up! I am supremely impressed by the work so far and can't wait to see the finished product up close Also, Lord Inquisitor, that he...

Yo home-dawgs! I have recently started collecting an Imperial Guard army for Epic Armageddon, and the models have started trickling in through my mailbox (I have sourced from various places). At the suggestion of some kind folks in the IG Epic forum here, I purchased a couple hundred DRM light infan...

Hey folks, I looked around for forum rules but didn't find any - so I hope this isn't a forum where threadomancy brings flames... My friend and I have just decided to take up Epic Armageddon, and while I'm going with Imperial Guard, he wants to use Chaos (probably Iron Warriors). He asked me to find...

Wow, thanks for all the responses people! Reading through all that you've given me, I am starting to get a better idea of how the game works - I'm glad to know that infantry can play an important role though, that the game isn't just about titans Some of those DRM figs look really good too, cheers f...

Hi there people, I'm new to your boards and I'm just getting started on building an IG force for Epic Armageddon. I'm yet to actually play a game, and I'm still waiting on my order of models from GW. My question is - do infantry have any value in the game of EA? I have seen sig comments suggesting t...
