It has been a long time in coming, but I have finally gotten the cannons, mortars, organ guns, volley guns and artillery crew up in the store. Check them out in the 10mm Landsknechte section. https://res.cloudinary.com/warmonger-miniatures/image/upload/w_640,h_480,c_fit/v1543502024/warmonger-miniatu...

@captPiett, Nope! I finished up the turrets on the Night Spinners last night. I ended up going with a magenta for the Doomweavers, and putting the glow more towards the middle/base. Annoyingly, I painted on my gloss coat which resulted in a yellow/brown tinge getting on them. I'm not sure if it was ...

I took one of the turrets through to completion to see how I liked it. The Doomweaver was intended to be red that fades to bright orange, I'm not sure there's a whole lot a difference when compared to the hull orange though. Thoughts? https://res.cloudinary.com/the-epic-gamer/image/upload/w_640/v155...

That's the plan. I'm going to try to get some blast radius cut by then. The "make your own acetate versions" the rules suggested were a bit too fiddly.

The Wild Riders haven't been holding my attention so I switched gears and started on the Night Spinner turrets this past Tuesday. The cockpits and undersides are done while the orange got started. I've since finished that up and got the barrels glued on since this picture was taken. https://res.clou...

Here's what I manage to finish up for TiRoBEx before CaptainCon. The ruins were fun, when I finally get around to the loads that I have for Epic I think I'll have a good process. https://res.cloudinary.com/the-epic-gamer/image/upload/w_640/v1551448803/Watching%20Paint%20Dry%202019/IMG_0005.jpg https...

I talked with Onyx, he's good with you taking it across the finish line, Brad. Are you taking them to Cold Wars.

No, yes, yes and yes. The big difference is SFP formations don't need a 200 point, 1 activation per game spacecraft. They're "cheaper " (ie need to be more expensive than a comperable formation) because of that. Plus you can retain wih another SFP unit, you can't with PF as the spacecraft ...

Self planetfall is pretty powerful, especially coupled with a 35cm skimmer move. There are very few places in the board where putting them would be bad/useless for the DW. You get 15cm of move from the plot point, 35cm of move from the blackstars a 5cm disembark and then get to fight in an assault w...

I'd like to attend. I believe m_folias and gunslinger are the only other Americans in the mix. We talked about joining Norto to make a Colonials team.

As a BP alternative to the Supremacy, you could do 4x (something like that) at AP4/AT5+. I did the same thing for the flamer on the land train, as using BP instead would have meant it lost some special abilities on the barrage (due to BP combining rules).

Imperial knights are tough as shit to remove with their multiple saves also. We talked about that. Aside from the heavier armored Wardens classes knights take damage quicker: 3/6 * 2/3 => 3 regular hits = 1 DC 3/6 => 2 MW/Lance hits = 1 DC 3/6 => 2 TK hits = 1 DC A 4+RA with Deflector shield unit l...

Flamethrower, mortar and anti-air tanks in that aesthetic would be cool.
