I agree as above. In effect BM are for your opponents actions, if you go pop walking through dangerous terrain, you sacrifice to summon, you get hit by a WE blowing up next to you = no BM. -> I assume this is due to the fact you are having a bad enough time. :)

"Critical Hit Effect: A painful shot enrages the Orkeosaurus. It immediately rampages a full 3D6cm in a random direction (move as ‘barge’ see 3.3.1, ignore ZOC, all units count as part of target formation) and takes an additional point of damage. If this move takes it into impassable terrain th...

Scots traditionally don’t do well at Preston (Battle of Preston 1648, Battle of Preston 1715) but it wasn’t as conquerors but as liberators that we entered the town on Saturday. Sure, Gerry was wearing an absurd Indiana Jones hat and Jon had the complexion of a Hiroshima survivor, but we had come to...

Tim, I wholly agree, but have long since lost that argument. Feel free to raise with Epic UK to see if they change their mind. (I have had the pleasure against Ferals of seeing all normal hits going into, and being saved by an Orkyosarus, then the TK hits being taken up by the Boyz). But as said, th...

Terrain isn't 'Infinite' height but rather tall enough to block LoS. Infinite implies that it would block LoS for popped up skimmers which it doesn't (if they are closer than target) Yup, that's what I mean. :) its kinda on the same page as 'I love you more than anyone in the worlld....' Also, Dave,...

Great call.

Under the UK rules, drop pods do not scatter off the table.
More is the pity - but we assume that Marines aren't that reckless.
They will stop at the nearest point that all onboard can be deployed.

Ok, there have been some inquiries, so I wished to post some clarity on rules. If players agree on different versions in the 5 minute warm up, that's up to them. Failing which the following interpretations will stand. Note these are the versions we play to in Scotland, and I wished to clarify them t...

one question regarding lists, is this the final version? Sure, looks good. I put a break between fractions, this correct? Or is Stigmatus and Chaos Marines two forces? You want to play stigmatus, works for me. I can’t see that being a huge issue. Skitarii are listed as "Skitarii" on EUK ar...

Just a wee reminder to teams that have yet to pay / confirm Captains.
I will really need all teams paid and confirmed by the end of June - to allow us to ensure we have enough tables, the right room, and may even look at food....
thanks

When all else fails, - logic. Option 1. The issue really is that the drop pod has no marker, no size, isn't really a unit, and no zone of control. So logic suggests we assume its size is that of the unit on board (yes, yes, we know rhinos are a fraction of a squads size,,,) . So if we allocate the d...
