Yeah, though i tend to add flock, tuft, clump etc after the edge band. But still definitely associate it with being almost done. I think it's because it add such a clean contrast.

And to keep on topic: No. … Epic 6mm was already obsolete as far as the rest of the wargaming world was concerned, we're just stubborn.
